Cet article rend compte de l'avancement d'une recherche-intervention dans le domaine de la conduite du changement stratégique et organisationnel. Le pilotage d'une stratégie de transformations en environnement de coopération inter-organisationnelle nécessite de bien comprendre les mécanismes opératoires à l'œuvre dans les infrastructures de fonctionnement de l'institution, de l'organisation, de la gouvernance et du management. Dans un contexte d'incertitude knightienne (risque non probabilisable), l'investigation dans le mode de signification, à travers une conceptualisation que nous expérimentons, le schème groupal de signification, contribue à la découverte de mécanismes profonds. Strategic risk management. The transformation of invariance in the mode of meaning : the group pattern of meaning. This paper gives an account of the advance of an research-intervention in the field of the control of the strategic change and organizational. The piloting of a strategy of transformations into environment of inter-organizational co-operation requires to understand well the operational mechanisms with work in the infrastructures of the work of the institution, the organization, the governance and management. In a context of uncertainty “knightienne” (risk not “probabilisable”, Knight,1921), the investigation in the mode of significance, through a conceptualization that we experienced, the design groupal significance, contributes on a tour of deep mechanisms.
