A partir du cas d'une fusion entre deux entreprises appartenant au secteur high-tech, cet article ambitionne d'enrichir la compréhension des facteurs influant le transfert des connaissances. Malgré un contexte organisationnel favorable notamment la réputation et l'engagement des partenaires, le choix d'une gestion rationnelle de l'intégration post-fusion avec une domination de l'acteur économique le plus fort a limité leurs capacités d'absorption et de dissémination. The challenges of knowledge transfer in the context of a merger From the case of a merger between two companies belonging to high-tech sector, this article aims to enrich the understanding of the factors influencing knowledge transfer. Despite a favorable organizational context including the reputation and the involvement of partners, the choice of a rational management of the post-merger integration with a domination of the stronger economic actor contribute to limit absorptive capacity and the disseminative capacities.
