Résumé Our communication aims at analyzing the problem of evaluation and certification of diversification policies in HR for big companies in France. Indeed, more than a year after the signature of the Diversity Charter by big group leaders, the question of the actual contents of this statement and that of its evaluation remain at stake. Meanwhile in Europe we see a complexification of the légal risks and image of discrimination. We will examine how the new legal capacities against discriminations extend the corporate social responsibility of companies located in France, with the implementation and sharing of « good practices » in diversity management. The 'diversity' label, though still evolving, seeks to formalise these « good practices » in France, thereby guaranteeing these initiatives. But what are the criteria and means of this project of certification? How does this changing label aim to oversee and motivate these steps? What are the perspectives but also the limits of such an action? It is our perception of diversity and of the relationship between one and other in the economic sphere which is under consideration.
