Cet article vise à montrer l'intérêt du scénario prospectif comme outil d'exploration de l'intention stratégique des acteurs dans un environnement organisationnel modifié. Après avoir explicité le cadre théorique de l'étude, il expose la méthodologie retenue pour élaborer des supports propices à la projection des acteurs, recueillir et traiter leur avis. This article aims at showing the interest of using scenarios as exploration tools of the actors' strategic intent. Having clarified the theoretical frame of the study, it explains the methodology singled out (1) to create tools that help actors to project themselves in an environment affected by deep changes, (2) to gather and process data.
