Face au nombre croissant de démarches de normalisation AB en PME, il apparaît opportun de s'intéresser à l'impact interne, notamment en terme d'implication des salariés : l'implication des salariés est-elle conforme à la démarche du dirigeant et finalement, produire bio favorise-t-il l'implication des salariés ? L'étude présentée ici montre qu'il n'y a pas de convergence systématique entre la nature de la stratégie du dirigeant et les préoccupations des salariés. D'autre part, le projet AB ne constitue pas la cible principale d'implication des salariés mais plutôt une cible secondaire ou un moyen permettant d'atteindre la cible principale de pérennité économique. In front of increasing number of initiatives of “AB” standardization in small companies, it seems convenient to be interested in the internal impact, in particular in term of involvement of the employees: is the involvement of the employees in accordance with the initiative of the leader and finally, does this standardization facilitate the involvement of the employees? The study presented here shows that there is no systematic convergence between the nature of the strategy of the leader and the concerns of the employees. On the other hand, the AB project does not constitute the main target of involvement of the employees but rather a secondary target or a means allowing to reach the main target of economic perpetuity.
