Cet article observe la diversité et l'articulation de certains déterminants du changement dans une petite entreprise artisanale. L'analyse - basée sur la cartographie cognitive - est centrée sur les compétences mobilisées par le dirigeant dans la dynamique d'évolution de la structure. This article observes the variety and the joint of certain determiners of the change in a small firm. The analysis - based on the cognitive mapping is centred on the skills mobilized by the manager in the dynamics of evolution of the structure.
