Le management entrepreneurial (Stevenson, 1983; Stevenson, Jarillo, 1990) peut-il être assimilé à l'orientation entrepreneuriale (Lumpkin, Dess, 1996) concept utilisé pour mesurer l'intensité entrepreneuriale d'une organisation ? Ces deux concepts sont distincts bien que conduisant tous deux vers l'entrepreneuriat organisationnel (Brown et al., 2001). Nous réalisons une étude comparative des modèles d'entrepreneuriat organisationnel qui sont basés sur, ou intègrent, l'orientation entrepreneuriale (OE), afin d'identifier si les dimensions du management entrepreneurial peuvent être considérées comme des facteurs organisationnels affectant l'OE. Ce travail permet de réexaminer l'opérationnalisation de l'orientation entrepreneuriale, nécessité soulignée dans des recherches récentes. Is Entrepreneurial Management (Stevenson, 1983; Stevenson, Jarillo, 1990) analogous to Entrepreneurial Orientation (Lumpkin, Dess, 1996) concept widely used to measure the entrepreneurial intensity of an organisation ? These two concepts are distinct, although they both lead to organisational entrepreneurship (Brown et al., 2001). We then operate a comparative study of the models of organisational entrepreneurship that are based on or integrate entrepreneurial orientation (EO), to answer the question: can the dimensions of Entrepreneurial Management (EM) be considered as organisational factors affecting an organisation's EO? This research can feed the debate of the re-examination of the operationnalisation of EO.
