| Résumé |
Notre étude porte sur un réseau de PME labellisé Système Productif Local (SPL). Les PME ont une approche minimaliste de la GRH. Elles développent des actions de formation ponctuelles sans réflexion approfondie sur les enjeux et les résultats attendus. L'objectif est de montrer que l'accès à la formation des salariés de PME est favorisé par l'appartenance au réseau. Compte tenu des enjeux liés à la performance et à la pérennité de ce type de structure, nous avons choisi de nous focaliser sur l'accès à la formation. Nous posons la question suivante : en quoi l'appartenance à un SPL favorise-t-elle l'accès à la formation des salariés de PME ? Le principal résultat souligne les enjeux du capital social qui contribue à l'émergence d'un dispositif apprenant. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

Our study is based on a network of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) known as a Local Productive System (LPS). The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises have a minimalist approach with regard to Human Resource Management. They develop specific training actions without deep reflection on the stakes and expected results. The objective is to show that access to the training of wage-earners in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises is favoured by being part of the network. Taking into account the stakes linked to the performance and the permanence of this type of structure, we have chosen to focus our attention on access to training. We ask the following question: how does being part of an LPS favour access to the training of wage-earners in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises?
