| Résumé |
La figure de l'utilisateur est aussi méconnue en informatique qu'elle fascine en management des Systèmes d'information (MSI). Cette contribution se propose de remettre en perspective, sous l'angle des théories en sciences sociales, cet acteur dont les développements théoriques récents soulignent l'inconstance et l'irrégularité comme la théorie de la human agency. Cette mobilisation se fera de manière non exhaustive en privilégiant les travaux en MSI qui ont eu recours à des théories sociales dont nous expliquerons les fondements, afin d'interpréter l'action de l'utilisateur en SI. L'apport est ici premièrement, de présenter d'une façon synthétique l'évolution de la place de l'utilisateur dans la recherche en SI ; deuxièmement, démontrer les apports de certains travaux en SI ayant mobilisé des théories sociales, et troisièmement explorer des possibilités de recherches futures en pointant le manque d'intérêt pour certaines théories qui nous semblent pouvoir apporter des réponses aux limites constatées dans la recherche actuelle en SI. The concept of user fascinates in Management of Information system (MIS) and not in computer sciences. This contribution establishes a relation between the social theories and the literature in IS. The user as a social actor is important to analyze and to understand because some recent theories underline the inconstance and the irregularities of the use of the information system specially the human agency theory. The article could not take into account all the social theories. Yet, it studies the social theorie that are articulated with one another and that are quotes in the MIS litterature. First, this article presents the user, secondly it underlines the contributions of works in IS that used the social theories. Thirdly, it explores the possibilities of coming research in MIS based on social sciences. Some recent theories in social sciences could be more explored to understand recent burning issue in IS.
