Le Système d'Information est un aspect essentiel des organisations. Sa composition a varié au fil du temps, reflétant ainsi les formes organisationnelles successives. Dans sa forme actuelle, la technologie tient une part importante, dont nous allons déterminer l'apport en terme régulationniste, notamment dans le domaine financier. L'enjeu sera de rendre concret et perceptible cette notion de SI et les conséquences régulatrices (ou potentiellement régulatrices) de la technologie.
