Tout objet ou tout document est désormais plongé dans une véritable logistique informationnelle. Autrement dit, il est inévitablement saisi dans un flux d'information ou ne peut que difficilement lui échapper. Ce qui transforme et le mode d'existence du document et le mode d'existence de l'objet. Il se noue ainsi un nouveau dialogue et un nouvel échange de propriétés entre les deux. Il en va d'une sorte de porosité entre objet et document que cet article vise à explorer à travers la notion de quasi-objet documentarisé (QUOD) dont il esquisse ici une première typologie avant de s'interroger sur la capacité de ces QUOD à réduire ou non l'incommunication et de conclure sur la question plus politique de la « gestionnarisation » de la société. The life cycle of documents as quasi-objects Any object or document today is inevitably plunged into a system of informational logistics. In other words, it is swept up almost inescapably into a torrent of information that transforms the life cycle of both document and object. This is forging a new dialogue and a new exchange of properties between the two. The upshot is a kind of porosity between object and document that this article attempts to explore through the concept of the document as a quasi-object (QUOD), for which we outline an initial typology before discussing the capacity of these “QUODS” to reduce un-communication, or not.
