| Résumé |
Nous faisons l'hypothèse que la suppression partielle ou totale de la monnaie doit être réalisée pour les motifs mêmes qui ont prévalu à son invention : le besoin de facilitation sinon d'accroissement des échanges puisqu'elle est devenue un frein à l'accessibilité sinon à la circulation des biens et des services. Il nous semble que les banques de l'économie sociale auraient légitimité, parce qu'elles ont la capacité de gérer rapidement des informations et des flux de données et se situent dans la proximité, à revisiter le projet originel du « crédit social » en devenant actrices de systèmes locaux contributifs qui ouvrent largement l'accès aux biens et services lorsque les conditions monétaires ne le permettent pas ou plus. Let's make the hypothesis of the partial or total disappearance of money Let's make the hypothesis of the partial or total disappearance of money being done exactly for the reasons prevailing to its invention (creation) : that is to say the need of making easier and bigger the amount of exchanges while it became a problem regarding the accessibility if not to the exchanges itself, for goods and services. It seems to us that social banks would be legitimate, because they are able to deal rapidly with a lot of informations and datas and are also proximate, in reviewing the original project of the “social credit” becoming participating local systems, opening widely the access to the goods and services while the monetary conditions do not allow it or no more.
