| Résumé |
L'analyse des conditions de la visibilité sociale de la santé au travail a conduit à recenser, dans différents champs disciplinaires, les «masques » qui brouillent la perception des liens entre santé et travail. Au-delà de leur rappel, nous étudierons ici comment l'invisibilité croissante du travail réel alimente le déni des origines et des processus de la pénibilité et des risques du travail. Aux classiques difficultés d'accès à la connaissance de l'activité s'ajoutent aujourd'hui de nouvelles conditions de construction de cette occultation du travail. Dans ce contexte apparaissent à la fois une montée des préoccupations relatives à la santé psychique au travail et de nouveaux professionnels, experts en santé-travail, en charge de prévention ou réparation. L'analyse proposée interrogera leur contribution à la méconnaissance du travail et les conditions d'un ré-ancrage du lien santé-travail dans l'analyse partagée des activités réelles et de leur transformation. The unvisibility of the real work and the opacity of the links between health and work The analysis of the conditions of social visibility occupational health led to the recension, within various academic fields, of the “ masks” which spread confusion over the perception of the links between health and work. Beyond their recall, this article explores here the ways by which the growing illegibility of work feeds the denial of the origins and processes of painfulness and work risks. New conditions of construction of an illegibility of work can be added today to the well known difficulties of access to the activity's understanding. It is in such a context that one can identify both an increase in the concerns for psychic health at work and new professionals, experts in the area of occupational health, dealing with prevention and reparation. The analysis we propose questions their contribution to the illegibility of work and the conditions of a re-anchoring of the link health / work in the shared analysis of the real activities and their transformation.
