Il est difficile de tenir une analyse univalente des formes organisationnelles qui sont en constante évolution. Cette difficulté creuse l'écart entre les descriptions qui en sont faites, plutôt empruntées à des conceptions centralisatrices des organisations de travail, et la réalité des pratiques, plutôt marquées par l'aléa et l'incertitude. Le concept d'« organisation du seuil » tente d'opérer un pas de côté dans l'analyse des organisations pour se distancer des approches tayloristes au profit de visions plus fluides des systèmes. Cette démarche, appliquée ici aux associations d'action sociale, prend le contre-pied des discours managériaux dominants. Elle intègre l'ensemble des interactions périphériques qui in-forment l'organisation en utilisant ensemble les concepts forgés, notamment, par Gilbert Simondon, Edgar Morin et Mireille Delmas-Marty. "It is hard to hold an univalent analysis of organizational forms that are constantly evolving. This difficulty widens the gap between the descriptions made of it, rather borrowed from centralistic conceptions of work organizations, and the reality of practices, rather marked by unforseen and uncertainty. The concept of "organization of the limits" attempt to operate a sidestep within organizations analysis to drift apart from Tayloristic approaches in favour of more fluid visions of the systems. This process, here applied to social action associations, is taking the opposite view from the dominant management speeches. It integrates the whole of the peripheral interactions that informs (in-forms) the organization, using altogether the concepts forged notably by Gilbert Simondon, Edgar Morin and Mireille Delmas-Marty."
