Parmi les défis auxquels est confrontée une économie peu diversifiée comme celle de l'Algérie figure le développement de l'investissement productif par la transformation de son épargne publique abondante. Face à l'absence d'acteurs remplissant ce rôle, nous plaidons en faveur de la création d'un Fonds d'investissement d'État. Creating a State Investment Fund in Algeria: what stakes? Among the main challenges faced by poorly diversified economies such as the Algerian one, is the development of production-oriented investment leveraging the abundant domestic savings. Given the lack of actors financing productive investment in Algeria, we recommend the creation of a State Investment Fund that will play this role.
