Cet article s'intéresse aux limites de la mise en œuvre du droit à la santé à
l'échelle internationale. Nous utilisons, en l'adaptant à la santé, une typologie
proposée par Kaul, Grunberg et Stern (2002) dans le but de définir les limites
actuelles de la coopération internationale dans la fourniture de biens publics
mondiaux. Nous montrons que, dans le cas de la santé, ces limites peuvent être

Health as a Human Right and International Cooperation : The Institutional Deficiencies
In this article we discuss about the limits of the implementation of health as a
human right on an international scale. We use a typology suggested by Kaul,
Grunberg and Stern ( 2002) with an aim of understanding the current limits of
the international cooperation in the supply of global public goods. We show
that, in the case of health, these limits can be analysed as an institutional
