Dans une perspective historique et dans la distinction mouvement social/institution, l'article examine les rapports, en termes de continuités et de changements, entre le syndicalisme et l'État au Nicaragua depuis le retour au pouvoir du Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional en 2007. En se basant sur le modèle de dialogue État/syndicats/patronat, l'article interroge la fonction du syndicalisme en tant qu'acteur politico-économique dans le projet de développement soutenu par le Gouvernement de réconciliation et d'unité nationale (Grun) sandiniste. En s'intéressant à la Confederación de Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia, il s'agit de questionner l'ambivalence de la syndicalisation des travailleurs du secteur informel en différenciant l'émergence d'une forme inédite de syndicalisme et la volonté politique d'organiser la masse des travailleurs informels. In an historical approach and in the distinction between social movement and institution, the article deals with the relationships between Trade Union and the Nicaraguan State since the Sandinistas returned to power in 2007. Refering to the three-party labour relations pattern (between the State, the employers and the trade unions), the article first analyses Trade Union as a political and economical actor and next its function in the economic development model of the Sandinistas Government of Reconcilation and National Unity. Next this work focuses on the birth and development of the Confederation of Self-employed Workers.
