| Résumé |
Les pratiques informationnelles sont un objet de recherche pas toujours bien identifié, que la recherche en Information – Communication doit appréhender dans ses dimensions sociales. Les idées fourre-tout qui foisonnent et dont la construction sociale est souvent ignorée doivent être interrogées, comme l'est ici celle de la convergence. De même l'idée que l'Information – Communication a été entièrement bouleversée depuis l'avènement du numérique mérite d'être nuancée en hiérarchisant innovation, mutation, changement et évolution. Deux exemples sont présentés : 1/ l'info-médiation ou la recherche d'information et sa mise en coupe réglée par Google, véritable émergence d'une nouvelle filière industrielle informationnelle ; 2/ l'évolution en cours dans l'édition scientifique, étudiée par Chérifa Boukacem-Zegmouri, une mutation majeure. On some recent contributions from research to knowledge of information Information practices are an object of research, not always well identified, that the research in Information - Communication must take into account in its social dimensions. The catch-all ideas that abound and whose social construction is often ignored must be questioned, as is that of convergence. In the same way, the idea that Information - Communication has been completely disrupted since the advent of digital technology deserves to be qualified by prioritizing innovation, change and evolution. Two examples are presented: 1 / info-mediation or the search for information and its systematic exploitation by Google, actual emergence of a new informational industrial sector; 2 / the current evolution in scientific publishing, studied by Chérifa Boukacem-Zegmouri, a major mutation.
