| Résumé |
Dans la pensée de Bourdieu, les rapports sociaux et symboliques entre les groupes sont conçus comme des rapports de domination de type agonistique. Une telle représentation du pouvoir échoue à rendre compte de la diversité des rapports de pouvoir et de domination et de la nécessité qu'il y a à les distinguer. En opérant des “rapprochements” constructifs entre la théorie de la domination de Bourdieu et d'autres concepts produits par d'autres auteurs (surtout Boltanski, Thévenot, Reynaud, Hirschman, Kershaw,…) et en intégrant ces divers apports autour du concept élargi de “régimes d'action”, qui articule rapports sociaux et rapports symboliques, notre objectif est de contribuer à la construction d'une théorie multidimensionnelle du pouvoir et de la domination qui permette de distinguer et d'articuler entre eux des types différents d'exercice du pouvoir et de la domination. In Bourdieu's thought, the social and symbolic relationships between groups are conceived of as relationships of domination of an agonistic type. Such a representation of power fails to account for the diversity of power and domination relations and the felt need to distinguish between them. In making constructive “rapprochements” between Bourdieu's theory of domination and other concepts produced by other authors (especially Boltanski, Thévenot, Reynaud, Hirschman, Kershaw,…), and in integrating these various contributions around the widened concept of “modes of action”, which articulates social and symbolic relationships, our goal is to contribute to the construction of a multidimensional theory of power and domination which allows us to distinguish between them and through them articulate the various types of exercise of power and domination.
