L'objectif de cette recherche est d'étudier la démarche de Design Thinking dans le cadre de projets innovants. Elle permet d'identifier une nouvelle classe de projets : les projets d'innovation d'exploration. Ce type de projet est spécifique et nécessite la mise en place d'un certain nombre de règles de pilotage. Nous proposons de considérer le Design Thinking comme une réelle démarche de pilotage basée sur un processus d'adaptation/exploration qui permet à une PME d'innover. Nous mettrons en évidence comment cette démarche peut inscrire une PME dans un processus d'apprentissage organisationnel. Enfin, ce travail a pris la forme d'une recherche ingénierique qui illustre comment piloter efficacement un projet dans le domaine préhospitalier. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

The objective of this article is to study the approach of Design Thinking in the context of innovative projects. It identifies a new class of projects : exploration innovation projects. This type of project is specific and requires the setting up of a number of piloting rules. We propose to consider Design Thinking as a real approach based on adaptation/exploration process that allows a SME to innovate. We will highlight how this approach can put SME into an organizational learning process. Finally, this work has taken the form of engineering research that aims on illustrating how an innovative project can be effectively piloted in the prehospital domain.
