Abstract
Europe has not yet gone through its process of internal decolonization.The project of European Constitution missed a historical o p p o rtunity to abolish the regime of apartheid which will continue to haunt its inner space and its borders in the decades ahead of us, leading to a multiplication of discriminations, harassments, oppressions, and camps. The less the European Union will be federally integrated, the more its migration policies will be characterized by repressive absurdities.
