L'espace virtuel est le principal catalyseur de l'imaginaire sur la santé, encourageant des croyances, des valeurs, mythes, rituels et désirs. La fanpage de la revue « Melhor com saúde » est un symptôme de l'ambiance procurée par la cyberculture, éveillant l'intérêt de plus de 8,5 millions d'internautes sur Facebook. Nous avons utilisé l'approche de la sociologie de l'imaginaire de Maffesoli afin de comprendre comment les signifiés de la santé se reconfigurent dans l'ambiance digitale. Devant le tourbillon d'informations et conseils qu'offre ce média, la santé est un état d'esprit constamment modulé, où les idées et les sentiments, désirs et émotions souvent contradictoires sont ensemble et potentialisent la vie. The virtual space is the main catalyst of the imaginary regarding health, encouraging beliefs, values, myths, rituals, and desires. The fan page for the magazine “Melhor com Saúde” (“Better with Health”) is symptomatic of the atmosphere produced by cyberculture, arousing the interest of more than 8.5 million users on Facebook. We have used Maffesoli's approach to the sociology of the imaginary to understand how the meanings of health are redefined in the digital environment. In the face of the whirlwind of information and advice provided by this media, health is a state of mind in constant modulation, in which often contradictory ideas, feelings, desires, and emotions coexist and enhance life. Transcending the rational sphere, this is an aesthetic ethos that is circumstantial and sensitive to feelings, and erected through communication on social networks.
