| Résumé |
La crise que nous connaissons depuis les années Soixante-dix est, avant tout, une
crise de la régulation salariale, une remise en cause de la stabilité qui s'était attachée à
la condition salariale. La société salariale avait réussi à articuler travail et protection,
travail et sécurité relative. Depuis une vingtaine d'années, ce mode de régulation est
remis en cause, le travail tendant à être de nouveau traité comme une marchandise. Car
au fur et à mesure que le marché s'internationalise, que la concurrence augmente, le
travail devient la cible principale d'une politique de réduction des coûts, notamment du
prix de la force de travail. Ceci se traduit par un processus d'individualisation de la
condition salariale aux effets ambivalents dont l'un est celui de la désaffiliation par
rapport au marché du travail. Il est nécessaire de renforcer l'articulation de l'économique et du social, en tenant compte des transformations technologiques et
économiques qui sont intervenues depuis vingt ans et qui ont déstabilisé la forme

The crisis we have known since the beginning of the 1970's is, above all, a crisis
of the regulation of wages, a questioning of the stability that used to be linked to the
wages condition. The wages society had managed to articulate employment and protection, employment and reasonable security. This mode of regulation has been put in
question for about twenty years, since employment started to be treated as a trading
good again. Because along with the internationalisation of the market, of the increasing
competition, work is becoming the major target of a reduced cost policy, mainly the
price of manpower. This leads to an individualisation of the wages condition process
with ambivalent effects, one of which being the disaffiliation with regard to the employment market. It is necessary to reinforce the articulation between the economic and the
social fields, taking into account the technological and economical changes that have
occurred in the last twenty years and which have destabilised the form of balance that
