Dans cet article consacré au design de l'information, l'auteur propose une définition de l'information ancrée dans une vision anthropologique de la communication et présente l'approche ternaire de l'information de M. Buckland qui est en phase avec sa typologie. Dans un deuxième temps, un retour sur la notion de dispositif permet d'introduire les dispositifs d'information et de communication et d'en donner quelques exemples. Cette articulation permet, dans une troisième partie, d'aborder le design de l'information consignée dans toute sa richesse et sa complexité, combinant les problématiques de la textualisation, de l'auctorialisation et de la documentarisation. In this article on information design, we will begin by recalling our definition of information anchored in an anthropological vision of communication, and then present Buckland's ternary approach to information that is in tune with our typology. In a second step, we will return to the notion of device (dispositif) to introduce the information and communication devices of which we will give examples. This will allow us, in a third part, to present the design of recorded information in all its richness and complexity, combining the issues of textualization, authorialization and documentarization.
