Le document technique est une énonciation éditoriale du fait technique stabilisée depuis les premiers traités d'architecture. Sa mobilisation sur le chantier par les professionnels génère des pratiques informationnelles qui s'approchent ou s'éloignent des règles de l'art. Ces écarts rendent visible une appropriation collective du document propre au chantier et témoignent d'une pratique sociale du document ou littéracie. Constituant une mémoire organisationnelle, elle contribue à un processus de socialisation professionnelle des acteurs. Avec le BIM, Building Information Modeling ou Modélisation des Données du Bâtiment, nouveau régime de production et d'accès au document, ce processus de socialisation semble remis en question du fait de l'historicité desdites pratiques liées à une énonciation éditoriale héritée d'un ancien régime du document technique, naturalisée par les acteurs. The technical document is an editorial enunciation of the technical fact stabilized since the first architectural treatises. Its mobilization on the construction site by the professionals generates informational practices which approach or move away from the standards. These gaps make visible a collective appropriation of the document specific to the building site and testify of a social practice which one qualifies as literacy. Constituting an organizational memory, it contributes to a process of professional socialization of the actors. With the BIM, Building Information Modeling, a new regime of production and access to the document, this process of socialization seems questioned because of the historicity of these practices linked to an editorial enunciation inherited from an old regime of the technical document, naturalized by the actors.
