L'auteure revient sur un parcours professionnel au service de l'édition des sciences humaines et sociales, depuis l'édition de dictionnaire jusqu'à celle d'une revue scientifique en format papier et numérique. Ce parcours s'inscrit dans un contexte technique et économique en profonde mutation : alors que l'édition scolaire reste florissante, portée par les besoins définis par le ministère de l'Éducation nationale, l'édition universitaire se fragilise dès la fin des années 1990 dans un contexte d'accroissement exponentiel des coûts d'abonnements pratiqués par les éditeurs commerciaux, induisant une réduction progressive des acquisitions institutionnelles. Cela met en cause notamment la publication de petites revues scientifiques. Des initiatives voient alors le jour pour développer l'édition numérique, d'abord de façon non concertée. Le parcours de l'auteure permet de retracer au singulier l'histoire de la transformation des modèles éditoriaux et du rôle qu'y jouent les divers acteurs de la recherche. The author returns to a professional career path in the publishing of the humanities and social sciences, from the publication of a dictionary to that of a scientific journal in paper and digital format. This path is part of a profoundly changing technical and economic context: while school publishing remains flourishing, driven by the needs defined by the Ministry of National Education, university publishing became more fragile at the end of the 1990s in a context of exponential growth in subscription costs charged by commercial publishers, leading to a gradual reduction in institutional acquisitions. This involves in particular the publication of small scientific journals. Initiatives were then launched to develop digital publishing, initially in an uncoordinated way. The author's journey allows us to trace in the singular the history of the transformation of editorial models and the role played by the various actors in research.
