| Résumé | Encadrer et contrôler le documentaire de propagande sous l'Occupation, Jean-Pierre Bertin-Maghit. Parmi les instruments de propagande dans la France occupée, le documentaire a été récupéré et mis au service des idéolo- gies du gouvernement de Vichy, des collaborationnistes et de l'occupant nazi. Ces images renvoient aux luttes d'influence qui existaient entre les différents émetteurs. Les réalisations adoptèrent des styles spécifiques à chacun des discours propagés. Il est ainsi possible d'établir une chronique de ces films à travers les quatre années d'Occupation. C'est dire que le cinéma de propagande ne constitue pas un bloc homogène et figé de 1940 à 1944. | |
| Résumé anglais | Framing and Controlling the Propaganda Documentary During the Occupation, Jean-Pierre Bertin-Maghit. Among the propaganda instruments in occupied France, the documentary was co-opted and put into the service of the ideologies of the Vichy government, the collaborationists and of the Nazi occupier. These images harken back to the fights of influence among the various emitters. The documentaries adopted specific styles for each type ofpropagated discourse. It is thus possible to establish a chronicle of these films through the four years of Occupation. The cinema of propaganda does not form a homogeneous and solid block from 1940 to 1944. | |
