Les communautés collaboratives au travail contribuent à l'animation de réseaux qui reconfigurent la structure hiérarchique rationnelle ouvrant des espaces et temporalités qui conjuguent sphères privées et publiques, temps long et instantanéité, salariés, individu et collectif. Dans une telle forme d'organisation au travail, le partage des compétences pour tendre vers un projet commun est aussi un outil de communication (Castells : 1996) où le travail n'est pas divisé en tâches comme il l'est dans le travail coopératif. Collaborative communities at work contribute to the animation of networks reconfiguring the rational hierarchical structure, opening up spaces and temporalities that combine private and public spheres, long time and instantaneity, employees, the individual and the collective. In such a form of work organization, the sharing of competences in order to work towards a common project, is also a communication tool (Castells : 1996) where work is not divided into tasks, as it is in cooperative work.
