L'article revient sur les conceptions des ‹discours programmateurs/instructionnels› et fait l'hypothèse d'adjoindre à la notion de programmation des actions celle d'incitation à l'action. Il propose ensuite une analyse de discours des spécificités textuelles, actantielles, modales de ces deux dimensions dans des extraits du journal de Daech, Dar al-Islam, appelant à la mise à mort des mécréants et programmant des actions à cette fin. Enfin, il justifie la subordination de la programmation des actions à l'incitation à l'action, lorsque l'action finale programmée ne va pas de soi, obligeant le programmateur à la justifier et laissant à l'interprète (qui n'est plus un simple exécutant) une autonomie dans la programmation des actions. The paper deals with the concepts of ‹programming/instructional discourse› and hypothesizes that the notion of programming of actions should be associated/coupled with the incentive to action. It then proposes a discourse analysis of the textual, action-oriented, modal specificities of these two dimensions in several extracts of ISIS' newspaper, Dar al-Islam, calling for the killing of unbelievers and programming actions to that end. Finally, the paper argues that the programming of actions becomes subordinated to the incentive to action whenever the ultimate planned action is not self-evident, forcing the action planner to justify it and leaving to the interpreter (who is no longer a mere performer) a certain autonomy in the programming of actions.
