Les dispositifs et interfaces numériques constituent aujourd'hui une part importante de notre environnement. Au-delà des murs de la maison, la domotique officie aussi dans l'automobile. L'auteur vise à expliciter certaines incidences de la technique sur l'oral numérique dans l'espace automobile, en analysant les comportements langagiers induits par le dispositif lui-même. Après avoir présenté le cadre domotique de l'habitacle de l'automobile et sa perspective sur les dispositifs techno-langagiers, l'auteur explorera les différents aspects du formatage discursif et interactionnel à partir d'un dispositif concret avant de conclure sur la « mécanisation » du langage telle que ce contexte d'observation permet de la saisir. Digital devices and interfaces are a big part of our environment today. Outside the home, automation is also taking over our cars. The author seeks to unpack some of the effects of technology in the automotive space by analyzing the linguistic behaviours induced by the devices themselves. After introducing the domotics of the passenger compartment and the approach taken to techno-linguistic devices, the author explores various aspects of discursive and interactional formatting based on a particular device before concluding with a discussion of the “mechanization” of language inasmuch as it can be assessed in the context observed.
