Cet article tire les enseignements d'un projet de recherche-intervention réalisé, à l'initiative de l'Agence Régionale de Santé de Corse, dans le but d'apporter une réponse aux contraintes posées par l'accès aux soins de réadaptation cardiaque pour les patients habitant au sein de territoires ruraux. Il reviendra plus particulièrement sur les apports de la recherche-intervention comme méthodologie de transformation des connaissances et des relations nécessaires au développement d'un mode d'organisation innovant. This article draws lessons from a intervention-research project carried out at the initiative of the Regional Health Agency of Corsica, with the aim of responding to the limits of the organization regarding the care pathway following cardiac rehabilitation for patients living in rural areas. He will focus in particular on the contributions of intervention-research, as a methodology for maturing knowledge and developing collective organization methods able to reconcile replicability of the approach with the relevance of the action.
