Le concept de stratégie d'entreprise à la base de la démarche théorique proposée par l'auteur ne se réfère pas à la théorie de l'action, mais renvoie plutôt à l'approche marxiste. Prenant acte de l'insuffisance des modèles structurels classiques, il s'interroge (parfois d'une manière auto-critique ) sur les limites de l'autonomie de l'entreprise et celles de l'utilisation de l'asymétrie sociale du pouvoir : comment le procès concret de production permet-il de structurer à la fois technique de production et organisation du travail , tout en contrôlant marché et concurrence ? The basic concept of firm strategy used in the theoretical approach suggested by Bechtle does not refer to the theory of action but rather to the marxist approach. Noting the inadequacy of classical structural models, the authors inquires (sometimes in a self-critical way) about the limits of the autonomy of the firms and those of the utilization of the social asymmetry of power. How does the concrete process of production make possible the structuration at the same time of the technology of production and the organization of work while controlling market and competition ?
