Cet article analyse les capacités d'influence de l'État sur l'exercice du pouvoir industriel. Cet exercice du pouvoir industriel est lié à la capacité des groupes à produire la société, c'est-à-dire à posséder un projet sur la société qui s'inscrit dans un temps industriel qui ne relève pas du temps politique. La nationalisation ne se révèle pas comme la condition suffisante d'un nouveau partage du pouvoir industriel si l'Etat, bien que propriétaire, n'a pas l'expertise requise pour mobiliser son patrimoine autour d'un projet. Politics, Administration and the exertion of industrial power.
This article is an analysis of the State's capacity to influence the exertion of industrial power. Exerting industrial power is linked to the capacity of groups to generate society, i.e. to have a project for society which fits into industrial time and is not relevant to political time. Nationalization does not appear as a condition sufficient for a new distribution of industrial power if the State, even though it is the owner, does not have the required expertise to mobilize its patrimony on a project.
