| Résumé |
L'histoire des formations en travail social en Flandre s'articule autour de plusieurs axes. Le premier renvoie à la construction pilarisée qu'à connue la Belgique et qui a structuré trois courants parmi les écoles dispensant cet enseignement. Ce sont principalement les mouvements de travailleurs chrétiens et socialistes qui ont marqué le développement de ces formations au XXe siècle.
Un deuxième axe, que nous qualifierons de professionnalisation, est apparu dans les années 1960 pour marquer une rationalisation managériale des formations.
Le troisième axe concerne l'ancrage, dans l'enseignement supérieur, de l'organisation des programmes au sein de licences et de maîtrises, niveaux qui représentent somme toute une partie de cette professionnalisation latente. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

The history of social work training in Flanders is based on several axes. The first refers to the pilarized construction experienced in Belgium, which has structured three currents among the schools providing this education. It was mainly the Christian and socialist workers' movements that marked the development of these formations in the 20th century.
A second axis, which we will call professionalization, appeared in the 1960s to mark a managerial rationalization of training. The third axis concerns the anchoring, in higher education, of the organization of programmes within bachelor's and master's degrees, levels that represent part of this latent professionalization.
