| Résumé |
Les liens entre la RSE et la performance financière sont assez délicats à mettre en évidence puisqu'ils s'avèrent souvent équivoques et aboutissent à des résultats mitigés. De même, la complexité et l'étendue des variables mesurant la PSE (performance sociétale de l'entreprise) rendent difficile l'établissement d'authentiques corrélations avec la performance financière. La revue de la littérature (Gond, 2001 ; Allouche & Laroche, 2005) révèle une panoplie d'hypothèses théoriques reliant PSE et performance financière regroupées dans des modèles explicatifs envisageant alternativement l'existence d'un lien positif, négatif, mixte, neutre ou complexe entre ces deux variables. Notre article s'attache principalement à dévoiler, en utilisant la méthode d'équations structurelles (MES), la nature du lien entre RSE et performance financière dans le cas des entreprises marocaines. The links between CSR and financial performance are quite delicate to highlight since they are often equivocal and lead to mixed results. Similarly, the complexity and extent of the variables measuring CSP (Corporate Social Performance) make it difficult to establish genuine correlations with financial performance. A review of the literature (Gond, 2001, Allouche & Laroche, 2005) reveals a range of theoretical hypotheses linking CSP and financial performance grouped in explanatory models that alternately considerb the existence of a positive, negative, mixed, neutral or complex link between these two variables. Our article focuses on revealing, using the structural equation method (SEM), the nature of the link between CSR and financial performance in the case of Moroccan companies.
