La juge d'instruction antiterroriste E. Robinson revient dans cet entretien sur la dimension hybride des dossiers de terrorisme islamiste. D'un côté, les interrogatoires des mis en examen aux profils très diversifiés permettent de mesurer leur évolution dans le temps long de l'instruction ; d'autre part, les réunions d'information régulières à la fois individuelles et collectives des parties civiles qui sont nombreuses dans ce type de contentieux. Cet entretien éclaire aussi une pratique professionnelle méconnue : le partage d'information au sein de la juridiction à travers la co-saisine quasi-systématique et les échanges réguliers avec les autres services concernés. In this interview, anti-terrorist investigating judge E. Robinson talks about the hybrid dimension of Islamist terror cases. On the one hand, the interrogations of the people charged in these cases, who are from very diverse backgrounds, allow the judge to measure their evolution over the long period of the investigation; on the other hand, the regular meetings held both individually and with groups of victims to keep them informed, which are numerous in this type of case. This interview also throws some light on a little-known professional practice: the sharing of information within the court through the virtually systematic assigning of cases to two investigating judges and regular exchanges with other services involved.
