Il y a un conflit invisible d'identités entre propriétaires et locataires en Chine. En complément de la recherche positiviste, une sociologie à la fois empirique et compréhensive inspirée par Gilbert Durand permet d'interpréter ce fait comme un processus de construction sociale. L'ordre totalitaire imposant une vie normative en Chine a produit un double paradoxe : en se divisant en deux groupes, les habitants agissent selon une même logique sociale problématique. C'est donc un stigmate invisible, ou alors la base sociétale du stigmate, qui constitue l'arrière-plan de ce conflit invisible des identités. There is an invisible conflict of identities between owners and tenants in China. In addition to positivist research, an empirical and comprehensive sociology inspired by Gilbert Durand allows us to interpret this fact as a social construction process. The totalitarian order imposing a normative life in China has produced a double paradox: by dividing themselves into two groups, the inhabitants act according to the same problematic social logic. Thus, it is an invisible stigma, or the societal basis of stigma, that forms the background to this invisible conflict of identities.
