La mise au travail de la narration dans un milieu institutionnel serait, selon nous, utilisable dans une perspective de (re)mise en mouvement – (ré)historicisation – des relations existant entre les différentes composantes d'un établissement, notamment clientèle (usagers), professionnels et décideurs internes et externes. Il s'agirait d'une sorte de (ré)activation des processus de construction identitaire se rapportant aux relations entre ces différentes composantes du fait de la présence active d'intervenants tiers proposant de travailler avec des dispositifs biographiques. Cette réactivation devrait, entre autres choses, permettre aux intéressés des remaniements identitaires aussi bien en fonction d'un retour aux sources par rapport à un projet originel (individuel ou collectif) qu'en termes de reformulation – réaménagement – de ce projet. The narrative ‘action' set in an institutional field could be, according to us, used in a perspective of restoring a movement – (re) historicisation – of relation between the different components of an establishment, in particular the customers, the professionals and the internal or external decision-makers. It would involve a sort of (re)activation of identity building process relating to the relations between the several components due to the active presence of ‘Third' participants offering to work with biographic approaches. This reactivation should, among other things, allow the interested people some identity reorganisation as well as a getting back to sources relating to an original project (individual or collective) as in term of reformulation – refitting – this project.
