L'intervention en travail social ne peut se passer d'une compréhension de la complexité des situations et d'un effort réflexif quant au positionnement professionnel du travailleur social. Entre autres, la référence aux disciplines peut soutenir cet effort, dans le cadre de la formation professionnelle. Encore faut-il accepter le défi de croiser les disciplines. Comment l'interdisciplinarité peut-elle être mise en scène dans un acte de formation ? Comment est-elle comprise par les étudiants ? Est-elle finalement utile face aux enjeux de compétence ? The intervention in social work can't manage without an understanding of the complexity of situations and the reflexive effort as for the professional positioning of the social worker. Among others, the reference to the disciplines can support this effort, within the framework of the vocational training. It is thus necessary to give the challenge to cross the disciplines.
