Résumé anglais Anti-managerial practice and their bunch of suffering at work. Case of a higher education institution in MoroccoWhen an institution has the mission to train future managers, though it gets to still be in place due to anti-managerial practices; it is easy to foresee the damages it will leave behind: suffering at work, frustrations, moral harassment and as consequence: demotivation, discouragement, anguish, despair; in other words, a management based on pressure and fear. Placed in the context of a country said “being in developing”, whose scarcity and needs in competent managers would require more of a real effort in matter of good governance; these methods became a real problem of society. Yet, unlike the contemporary man of ultra modernity, rather confronted to the anguish and the lost of senses; the main issue for man here and source of his great suffering lie in his desire to free himself from all form of unfounded and usurped power.
