| Résumé |
Cet article a pour objectif d'analyser le type de rapport prévalant entre le
pouvoir politique algérien et les capitalistes nationaux avant et pendant le
Hirak et, plus précisément, le degré de participation de ces derniers à la
décision politique. L'hypothèse défendue ici est que l'incorporation de
l'oligarchie entrepreneuriale dans la coalition dominante, loin de s'apparenter
à une promotion politique de la bourgeoisie algérienne, a accru les tendances
historiques à la division sociopolitique entre les factions dirigeantes et la
majorité des grands chefs d'entreprise.

The aim of this article is to analyze the type of relationship that prevailed
between the Algerian authority and the national capitalists before and during
the Hirak and more specifically the degree of participation of the latter in
political decisions. Here we defend the hypothesis that the incorporation of
the entrepreneurial oligarchy into the ruling coalition, far from resembling a
political advancement of the Algerian bourgeoisie, has increased the historical
trends of sociopolitical division between ruling factions and the majority of
