En prenant appui sur l'étude d'un programme en santé communautaire, nous souhaitons, dans cette contribution, appréhender une tension au cœur des jeux de territorialisation de la santé : celle de la rencontre d'une horizontalité et d'une verticalité. Par une approche communicationnelle, nous nous attelons à cerner les injonctions de postures qu'elle met en scène, notamment celle d'une résonance et d'une double responsabilisation. Nous serons ainsi conduites à identifier les points de tension organisationnels que des espaces qui diffèrent des formats traditionnels hiérarchiques sont susceptibles d'intensifier. Nous établirons ainsi les tenants d'une horizontalité que nous qualifierons de disciplinée, dont la potentielle créativité sociale est alors à interroger. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

Based on the study of a community health program, in this contribution we would like to apprehend a tension in the middle of the health's territorialization: the one between horizontality and verticality. Through a communicational approach, we will try to identify the injunctions of postures that it puts in the scene, in particular that of a resonance and a double responsibility. We will thus be led to identify the points of organizational tension that configurations that differ from traditional hierarchical formats are likely to intensify.
