Les stratégies d'insertion professionnelle de l'association Transfer en direction des publics en situation précaire interrogent le fonctionnement du marché du travail et de ses intermédiaires autant qu'elles ouvrent la « boîte noire » de l'entreprise et de son organisation. Prenant distance avec la notion d'employabilité et les normes de jugement qui en découlent, la démarche précise sa cible d'intervention : le milieu de travail, les conditions par lesquelles on y accède et s'y maintient. En replaçant l'analyse du travail et de ses conditions d'exercice au cœur des transactions, elle rappelle le caractère situé des compétences et alerte sur la tentation de les évaluer ex nihilo. The French association Transfer is engaged in the professional integration of people in difficulty regarding employment. Its integration strategies not only question the functioning of the labor market and its intermediaries but also open up the « black box » of companies and their organization. Distancing itself from the concept of employability and its concomitant judgmental norms, the approach specifies its target of intervention : the professional environment, the conditions necessary for entering it (recruitment practices) and remaining in it (integration practices). By putting the analysis of work and how it is performed back at the heart of the transactions, its approach constitutes a reminder of the situated nature of skills and a warning against the temptation to evaluate them ex nihilo.
