Cet article propose d'identifier les paradigmes sous-jacents aux concepts de qualité et d'efficacité de la formation, en prenant appui sur la distinction opérée entre l'évaluation contrôle et l'évaluation processus. Identifier l'intersection de ces deux paradigmes permet d'analyser la relation entre la certification comme fonction de régulation de la qualité des prestataires de formation et les démarches d'évaluation de l'efficacité de la formation. The aim of this article is to identify the paradigms underlying the concepts of quality and effectiveness of training, based on the distinction between control based evaluation and process based evaluation. Identifying the intersection between these two paradigms will allow us to analyze the relationship between certification as a function of regulating the quality of training providers and the procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of training.
