Le lien entre travail et formation ne va pas de soi. La formation en situation de travail parviendra-t-elle à réconcilier ce qui, d'évidence, devrait être inséparable ? L'article tente d'éclairer ce qui rassemble et désunit ces deux objets, à la fois concepts et modes d'agir, à partir de textes et de témoignages dans le champ de la formation professionnelle continue et dans celui de l'apprentissage. L'auteure examine le caractère paradoxal du défi lancé par le législateur, via l'AFEST, aux acteurs du travail et de la formation, ainsi que les hypothèses à partir desquelles il serait possible de consolider les liens retrouvés entre travail et formation. The link between work and training is not straightforward. Will work based training succeed in reconciling what obviously should be inseparable ? The article attempts to clarify what brings together and disunites these two objects, concepts and modes of acting, from texts and testimonies in the field of continuing vocational training. The author examines the paradoxical nature of the challenge launched by the legislator, via AFEST, to those involved in work and training, as well as the hypotheses on which it would be possible to consolidate the links found between work and training.
