En quoi la construction d'un outil de gestion favorise-t-elle l'apparition de nouvelles modalités dans l'existence d'un collectif ? Pour répondre à cette interrogation, les chercheurs interrogent la littérature en gestion sur le rapport entre collectif et outil, puis proposent une lecture selon la théorie de la traduction, liant collectif et outil par un processus appelé entre-définition. Le cas de l'introduction d'un outil inter-organisationnel constitue le cas empirique, illustrant ce processus. La recherche permet de considérer l'outil et le collectif comme les deux faces d'une même pièce, bien que l'entre-définition soit un mécanisme fragile. Source : Éditeur (via Cairn.info) |

How to build a management tool facilitates the emergence of new modalities in the existence of a collective? To answer this question, researchers examine the management literature on the relationship between collective and tool, then offer a reading according to the theory of translation, linking collective and tool through a process called “between-definition”. The case of the insertion of a tool is the inter-organizational empirical case illustrating this process.
