Cet article est un essai d'interprétation d'une recherche-action, qui porte sur la création et la mise en place d'un outil d'intelligence collective, en l'occurrence un système d'informations en ligne pour un réseau de coopératives agricoles.S'agissant d'une mise en œuvre d'un projet technologique dans un réseau d'acteurs socioéconomiques, l'approche acteur-réseau a été mobilisée. Elle a montré que, dans ce milieu d'entreprises de type spécifique, il est pertinent d'avoir recours aux opérations de « traduction » pour appréhender les projets de technologie d'information et de communication (TIC) collaboratifs. This article is an essay of interpretation of a research-action that deals with the creation and implementation of a collective intelligence tool, namely an online information system for a network of agricultural cooperatives.As for the implementation of a technological project within a network of social and economic actors, the actor network theory (ANT) has been mobilized. It has shown that within this specific type of enterprises, it is pertinent to use “translation” operations in order to apprehend collaborative information and communications technologies (ICT) projects.
