La qualité d'auteur s'est développée avec le souci de l'équilibre entre protection/propriété de l'auteur et droit d'accès à l'œuvre du public. Cette considération entre sujets, qui implique des limites au territoire de chacun, doit inspirer la configuration de la qualité de personne humaine. Fondement et fin des droits humains, celle-ci ne saurait faire l'économie de l'attention aux effets sur autrui de l'extension des droits et libertés de chacun, sous peine de livrer la personne humaine à la réification. The quality of authorship has developed with the concern for the balance between protection/property of the author and the public's right of access to the work. This consideration between subjects, which implies limits to the territory of each, must inspire the configuration of the quality of being a person. As the foundation and the finality of human rights, this quality cannot be spared from the consideration of the effects on others of the extension of the rights and freedoms of each individual, at the risk of surrendering the human being to reification.
