Notre recherche vise à mettre en évidence la contribution du management socio-économique à la valorisation du potentiel humain. Cet objet est étudié dans le champ d'une organisation publique administrative, à travers une recherche-intervention qualimétrique réalisée sur la période 2018-2020. Nos résultats démontrent comment le management socio-économique permet de faire converger le potentiel humain des acteurs avec le capital humain attendu par l'organisation. Our research object is to highlight the contribution of socio-economic management to the development of human potential. This object is studied in the field of a public administrative organization, through a qualimetric intervention research conducted over the period 2018-2020.
