	Résumé	La Cour de cassation a connu et impulsé des évolutions profondes depuis sa création, relevant notamment le défi de l'internationalisation du droit. Le rapport de la commission de réflexion sur la Cour de cassation 2030, s'il ne remet pas en cause la technique de cassation, bien que suggérant de donner plus de place aux faits en aval de la décision (traitement de l'urgence, procédure interactive ouverte) et en amont de la cassation (élargissement de la cassation sans renvoi), répond à une quête de légitimité, en proposant des moyens de rendre plus accessible le processus décisionnel, complétant en cela le travail pédagogique de l'avocat à la Cour de cassation et facilitant son action pour les droits de la défense. 	Résumé anglais	The Court of Cassation has seen and driven some far-reaching changes since it was created, many of which have concerned the internationalisation of the law. The report of the Study Committee on the Court of Cassation in 2030, while it does not call into question the technique of cassation – although it does suggest taking more account of the events prior to the decision (treatment of urgent situations, open interactive procedure) and after the cassation (extension of the quashing of judgments without a referral back to a lower court) –, responds to a search for legitimacy by proposing ways of making the decision-making process more accessible, thereby complementing the educational role of the lawyer at the Court of Cassation and facilitating their work of defending the rights of the defence.
